Terms of use
The website
vibecentral.app describes the vibecentral software and links to its source code. You may read it, link to it and share it. The dashboard shown on the page is a mock-up filled with made-up names and numbers; it is not a live product and not anyone's real data.
The software
vibecentral is open source under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify and redistribute it under that license's terms. The license is the complete agreement for the software; nothing on this website adds to it or takes away from it.
No service, no account
We do not host vibecentral for anyone. Each person installs their own copy on their own hosting, connects their own accounts with keys they create, and is responsible for that copy, including the credentials they put into it and the terms of the services they connect.
No warranty
The website and the software are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The software only reads from the services it is connected to, but figures it shows are snapshots that can lag or differ from those services' own records; the services are the source of truth. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or the software.
Requests sent through the form
Sending a feature or connection request does not create any obligation to build it, reply, or credit you. By sending it you allow the idea to be used in the project freely.
Trademarks
Names and logos of third-party services mentioned on the site (Cloudflare, Netlify, Supabase, Stripe, PayPal, Google, GitHub, Apple, Anthropic and others) belong to their owners and are used only to identify what the software can connect to. No endorsement is implied.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
These terms may be updated by replacing this page. The effective date above shows the current version.
